I help organize priorities, prepare critical conversations, draft communications, and ensure that teams are aligned. When something needs to be thought through before it's acted on, that's where I'm most useful.
About Me
My professional background spans 15 years in executive operations and strategic communications — including work at the Federal Reserve Bank. My background is verifiable, and each engagement begins with a confidentiality agreement before discussions begin. I've spent my career partnering with senior leadership and their partners to organize priorities, manage cross-functional teams, and keep complex operations running.
I started this service because I wish I had it when I needed it most when my children were younger and quality time at home was limited. With extensive travel, long hours, and the demands of a career, I know firsthand what it means to need help and to find someone trustworthy to partner with to keep things together.
Discretion is important to me. My background has been vetted at the federal government level through clearance processes. The background checks were thorough and multi-layered. I’ve been held to standards, and I bring that with me through my work ethic and my client relationships.

I spent years in product marketing and executive operations — managing vendors, programs, and cross-functional teams in demanding environments. I've worked alongside senior leadership, built high-performing teams, and delivered results for a diverse range of industries and business needs.
How I work
I work with two to three clients at a time. This is intentional by design so that I can provide my attention more meaningfully to my clients. Every engagement starts with a confidentiality agreement. For client privacy, I don't discuss my clients, their organizations or households with anyone.
